Return Policy
***Due to the amount of time required to Custom Design our products, it is necessary for THE PAMPERED BRIDE BOUTIQUE to adhere to a strict return policy. Please read carefully. 1. You have (5) five days to return the products after date of delivery.
2. The products must be returned in the original packaging (bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, box etc)
in which they were sent.
3. There is a 35% restocking fee charged.
4. If product is returned and has been abused in anyway, flowers falling off, missing or
damaged, there will be no refund.
5. Products must be returned prior to scheduled wedding date. Proof of Marriage date required.
6. There will be no refund of shipping and handling fees under any circumstances.
7. If any part of the shipment is damaged during delivery, the CUSTOMER has the responsibility to
report the damage to the shipping company. This is necessary to provide proof of said damage to THE PAMPERED BRIDE BOUTIQUE. 8. Upon receipt of the damaged products and report from the shipping company to THE PAMPERED
BRIDE BOUTIQUE, a refund or replacement of the damaged items will be sent to the customer.
